Campus
Kaplan University facilities provide an effective learning
environment. Our technology-enhanced classrooms, computer labs, and
program-specific laboratories offer you a hands-on environment for your
educational growth.
Equipped to Succeed
Our limited class sizes, which average 25 students, provide an
intimate learning experience for you to receive hands-on training from
knowledgeable instructors. General equipment for all programs includes
computers, Internet connections, and a variety of computer software
programs.
Full-Service Library
The Kaplan University Library is designed to support and enhance your
education in all aspects of our curriculum. We provide appropriate
materials and related services in an effort to ensure that your
experience in the library is both productive and enlightening. Computer
workstations, laser printers, and coin-operated photocopy machines are
available to you. Library collections include over 12,000 books, more
than 1,200 videos, and subscriptions to over 125 periodicals. In
addition, electronic databases provide access to a wide range of
information including full-text periodical articles.
Medical Facilities
Our medical labs are equipped to give you practical experience in
clinical procedures commonly performed in medical offices. Kaplan
University's medical assisting program has clinical laboratories, and
our simulated patient examining areas include:
- Examination tables and equipment
- Phlebotomy drawing stations
- EKG machines
- Medical supplies
- Hospital beds
Paralegal Facilities
Kaplan University provides access to a computerized legal library
through major legal search programs such as Westlaw, Loislaw, Summation
Blaze, Timeslips, and Abacus Law.
